SAFETY / COMMUNICABLE DISEASES INSERVICE

It's that time of year again for the mandatory inservice on communicable
diseases and safety.  The inservice can once again be accessed on the parish
website.  To access the powerpoint and tests, click on about us and select
student health.  On the left hand side of the screen select employee
information.  There will be three links there.  Select the communicable
disease inservice.  After viewing the powerpoint, you will need to print
off, complete, and sign both the communicable disease and proper body
mechanics test.  ALL employees of the LaSalle Parish School Board must
complete this inservice.  It has been placed it on the district website to make it more convenient for all to view.  When you finish, send the completed test to the
office. This has to be completed by February 15th.

QUOTE OF THE WEEK

An educational system isn't worth a great deal if it teaches young people how to make a living but doesn't teach them how to make a life.
